I did not know the groom when I booked this wedding. His fiance and his sister confirmed me as their photographer after we met for a coffee. They warned me straight away that the groom wasn´t fond of taking photos, he didn´t like acting, posing or anything similar! The reason why they liked my work from the start was that it all looked spontaneous … and that’s how I succeded to connect with Damjan. When I look at the photos now, I can easily say that Damjan was the happiest and most cheerful groom!
We were afraid since early morning that rain might fall, so we managed to do the session in one hour. After half an hour of session, fog started emerging, and that made photos beautiful.
While I was editing the photos, I had the feeling I was there the whole time!
Unbelievable! This is still my favorite location where I photographed the wedding. Whether I’m an official photographer or just a guest at a wedding, I always feel that charm in the air.
